Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with unique and comfortable rooms that had the best duvet ever. However, it lacked some essential conveniences like sockets, a fridge, and even a glass in the bathroom. The service was pleasant overall despite some inconveniences, and the location was perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhood. The dining experience was enjoyable, and the facilities added to the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was absolutely amazing, perfect for those who enjoy being amidst restaurants, bars, and beautiful streets, but it could get loud at night due to the restaurant in the courtyard. The rooms had a medieval theme and were clean and comfortable, although being next to the bathroom led to multiple disturbances. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel is centrally located in the old town, making it convenient to explore Krakow easily. The rooms were spacious and clean, but some lacked basic amenities like sockets and a fridge. Although smaller than advertised, the room was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate, served in the basement wine cellar. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to accommodate guests during renovations. The location is a major plus, with easy access to bars, eateries, and landmarks. The atmosphere is peaceful, especially being in the historic Jewish Quarter.
