comfortable bed excellent pressure

my room, a beautiful double room, had a large bathroom with two sinks the shower had excellent water pressure i appreciated this. the bed was very comfortable and the room included a mini-fridge which kept my drinks cold throughout my stay

the absence of an elevator made carrying luggage to upper floors slightly challenging

cold room broken tv

the room felt quite cold. i kept the heating on, but it didn't seem to make a huge difference. this wouldn't be suitable for a winter stay. also, the tv didn't work. (i tried everything!)

helpful staff great character solo room great food

i found the staff very helpful. they were ready to answer any questions i had. the accommodations here has such character. i was glad the hotel have a room for solo travellers like myself. the area is great for food, i ate so well at many places nearby.

my room was a little cold, even with heating on.

the location is excellent. it's within easy walk of the river, the castle and the main square. there are plenty of great bars and restaurants located in the streets nearby.

the staff were really helpful before and . they arranged airport transfers. staff ensured our rooms were ready when we arrived early after a very early flight, something i appreciated.
